Concert and Summer plans

Yay!! I get to make another entry! It's about time. All last night I couldn't write an entry.

Tonight there is a band concert. I'm really excieted. We are playing Festivo, Russian Sailor's Dance, and American Salute. We play all the pieces well but as usual we have a bad dress rehersal and an awesome concert. It always seems to go that way.

I ran for Junior officer in band council iand lost to Jess W. Flynn said it was close so he made me a librarian. Mariah ran for VP and lost but it was close in her race too so we are both librarians. We are in charge of the music and we still attend the band council meetings. Not bad.

I'm thinking about joining community band over the summer. I really want to play. Hopefully it will help be become a better player.

I found a summer job. I'm going to work at a U-Pick Strawberry Farm. I take people out to the field and show what to pick and where to pick and then I cash them out. I'll be smelling like strawberries, bug spray, and sunblock. It's better than working as a cashier at the food mart. I couldn't stand that. I would hate to be stuck behind a counter.

I'm not going to Ohio this summer so I'll have more time to work and save up for England next Summer.

I have a lot of babysitting jobs lined up too. I'm excieted.

I'm going to make this a good summer.
